Is Zone Two Better Than Zone One?

Some of the reasons for using polarized training didn't make a lot of sense to me. There's this argument that if you do a lot of zone to training, that will be autonomically stressful. A threshold training will also include zone three and some zone one as well. Is just that there's an emphasis one's own too. The third one was that ar a lot of people advocate a moderate, moderate intensity continuous training - which implies zone one.
