I feel for the people that keep doing it beyond five, ten years plus. They're so eloquently adopting more of a restrained intensity as opposed to just going to crush myself every single session. I think staying in the game and continuing to train on your terms with that mindset is a good transition for people that retire from a discipline or just transition to something that's a bit more manageable long term.
