The Biggest Bang for Your Buck as a Trainer
As a coach, your job is to be able to decipher what is this person looking for? What do they need? And what dosage do they need it? Do they need that at all? Or is just that something that they're self-diagnosing off of, you know, PubMed. So yes, I would agree, a biggest bang for your buck is training, but we shouldn't overlook the fact that they might need a little bit of prehab, rehab work on the side. There's definitely a spot for that. If you're pretty jacked up, then that's probably what you'd be doing for a while.
