The Importance of Prioritizing Protein

I think people oftentimes, I mean, there's so much confusion and we all try to do a beautiful job and teach people about how to take care of themselves. My big focus is helping people tune into their bodies and being able to eat intuitively and fuel themselves intuitively. The other thing is making sure that you're aligned with the circadian rhythm. We don't have these like cat eyes that help us see in the dark. We're meant to be awake and eating throughout the day and having most of our energy expenditure during the day. And we're meant to sleep at night too.
