The Difference Between Indoor and Outdoor Tracks

A workout is a day of hard running, interspersed with intervals of rest or recovery. indoor tracks and outdoor tracks are two different types of tracks. Outdoor tracks are typically faster because there's fewer turns. Some indoor tracks can be banked which means the curve of the track is raised in the outer lanes to help speed up runners.
