As you are breathing here, I just want you to acknowledge all the ducks for you. And it requires some degree of effort to bring your attention back to being here with this breath. When you've completed that round, take some nice, long, slow, soothing breaths,. Just enjoying and savoring the breath. Low effort, high value of enjoying our breath as indicator that we are alive.
