Three and a hundred of the population have an internal body clock of 24 hours zero zero minutes or shorter. That's right bang on the median for a normal population so feeling like you need to hit the snooze button twice is being human. It's really just recognizing it for what it is sure the alarm's gone 17 minutes too early for my biological clock this is going to hurt a bit but you know what i'm just going to get up get up and do it.
