The top four things that matter to consumers. Do we do more of the same that everybody else is doing or within that do we legitimately have something different to stand on? I think it's a fascinating discussion and I don't think that there's a right or a wrong answer. It depends on the brief, I can make advertising be a really strong force because it's a time limited offer but also very measurable. And I deeply believe that it's a balance between the two like I can get short term sales easily by discounting my product and getting a ton of impressions out there. That's not building the long term equity of the brand so the brand build is a slower build which takes results
