The Acceptance Paradox

accepting yourself exactly as you are is the biggest change a human being can make. Acceptance, radical acceptance and radical change is exactly the same thingthey sound they sound opposite. The whole thing about the self is just a big con really. You're afraid of losing somethinga just a made up concept. But let's just start with the desire to improve. How does that work with self acceptance? And i can give an example of that right now. I'm glad you remember that dog story from our training, andnow know why it it wasn't very effective when i kept asking you to sis it up and then offering you adog toe.
