I think one of the best things you can do for your training is go to an all inclusive resort and sleep in all day, hang out on the beach. I would much rather you have three weeks of really heavy training followed by three weeks of lots of volume. As you age, you have to play with volume and load intensity. After the meet, I'll write back to, to high volume bodybuilding again to make myself feel good.
