Is the Weight Going Up?
I've been hovering around the same dead lift squatting bench for a very long time. At one point you start to get closer and closer to some of your max nums. I'm not at any numbers right now because i'm not lifting ut the same volume and consistency as what i was just four or five years ago. And so i've kind of reached where where my max potential strength is. Doesn't mean that i can't get a little bit stronger, but that's kind of what my body is capable of doing. Maybe i'd get another five pounds or ten pounds out in some of those things.
