The Effects of Topical Antibiotics on the Skin

There's a lot of topical solutions for a lot of skin issues. Is there the same long term or short term ramifications to using something like that for our insides as well? Or is that something that people... Do you mean like a topical antibiotic versus an oral antibiotic? Or like a steroid or something to clear up a skin issue? There are different medications. They have different actions and a topical antibiotic as far as I know, ... doesn't necessarily imagine that there's going to be a more systemic impact. Usually I think it pretty much just impacts the skin if it's a topical antibiotic compared to refaxamine which does not leave the GI track.
