I Was Thrown Into the Hilton Kitchens

I had no idea where I'm sleeping in the Hilton. It was a completely different world. You were screamed at and shouted at. A lot of people were bullied in there. And that's how kitchens of that nature were back in those days. Back then probably had five or six different kitchens on different levels of the hotel each serving different restaurants, so it was very angry. Now you know now that it's completely sort of turned around. Gordon Ramsey encourages that stereotype.
