Theory that once you let the masses loose, what's going to happen is that their irrationality and lack of prudence and wisdom would ruin society. But it is a n anti democratic disaster because it produces some kind of tyranny, right? It produces some sort of tyranny. And in fact, i mean, these wouldn't be people would be traditionally understood to be conservative, though they are.
