Are You Overwhelmed With All This Data and Monitoring?
I don't think runners should be overwhelmed with all this data and monitoring. You can just start with sleep. It's the number one recovery tool we have. If you're sleeping well, your stress levels are probably not horrible because sometimes when you're really stressed, then you can't really sleep that well. But I also don't want people to be overwhelmed and not do any of it because they feel like they're a bit, it's a bit over their head. Once you, with enough practice, I think it's really easy to sort of recognize when you feel like your body's recovered or not.
