I'm trying to make every bite of food i put in my mouth taste great. What i am trying to do is optimize my metabolic flexibility by not over eating just because food is available. It's no breakfast, maybe a snack in the middle of the afternoon, but usually not. And then around seven 30 or eight o'clock, cause that's when i like to eat a, you know, a regular, a dinner focused on protein.
