I've been like putting my meal inside a warm wrap making like a burrito sort of thing. It's just been like this is it feels a bit more like comfort food. The other amazing thing about the aggressive diet Is you add in a whole meal and that meal is say 300 calories or something. And it's only brought it down by 300 so you're still flying now.
