How to Avoid Revenue Leakage
The second one, which I very rarely see companies actually document, measure and work on is the conversion dollar amount from the booking to the revenue. There's an opportunity to lose a significant amount of money there. Every deal that you sign, you should have what percentage of that revenue that you signed in a booking comes out and in your revenue. And so, you know, things that you should do up front in that areas.
