Do You Have a Data Digging Activity?

I think one of the things that I've also enjoyed doing with my team personally is having data digging sessions with some mission. Some people we have a query product which does actually let you query the data. But what we found is that there's advanced users of that feature but then people like set up little workshops to sort of for their team and be like have you ever wondered what goes on underneath the hood.
