Preparation Is the Key to a Successful Sale Process
I think that preparation before a company goes through a sale process is hugely important and too often overlooked. We're seeing more of the preparation earlier when taking the company out to market, getting the south side QAVs done,. Some more market studies and things of that sort. I'm a big believer in thinking out at least three or four steps. At some point there's going to be a virtual data room that’s going to be needed so we're preparing that thing well in advance.
