Terry Sheridan talks about being the observer of our thoughts. We're so quick to judge every one and everything, but in particular, and i still struggle with this too. As a meditation teacher, i'm hard on myself. I judge my own thoughts. Sometimes i eno fall off the meditation van wiggen to bring myself back. But for me, that judgment piece is huge, because so much of my life i was living in judgment. It wasn't until i slowed down and started practi meditation,. getting that bird's eye view and being like, wait a minute. That's not necessarily frustration. You're just judging that person for no reasonor you're just being hard
