If we add up the amount of time that you're not moving so that includes sitting or laying down even including a workout if you do work out say you work out an hour a day. Most people are only moving throughout their day for a couple hours two three hours a day and that includes getting up going to the refrigerator back down to the couch walking to your car walk back from your car. So all this time is spent just not moving and sitting again is one of those forms of not moving.
