How to Build a Beta Product

The very first customer call I had ended up in a sale. The other problem with products like Skyflow, Snowflake, MongoDB is that we are category creation. If you're truly creating a new category, a fundamental new building block, you sort of have to build enough to then go test it. But if you're building something that's a better CRM or a better DocuSign or what have you, you have to test first and then build later.
