Michael: My team has 15 to 30 minutes, four times a week of drills where we just run over parts of the scripts. We'll schedule an hour in that week to make sure we are fully doing it. When someone is incoming and new, I spend a lot of time working with them first piece by piece of the script. There's something to be said about repeating the same thing over and over again.
