Getting Lost in Thoughts

You may notice you are lost in thoughts, when things can get off balance. We're not seeing the feeling tones yet, we are still being pushed and pulled about by them. So as you're sitting or lying now, when you become aware of a contact and its feeling tone, see if it's possible to cultivate equanimity. It's natural not to like this for any unpleasant feeling tones.
