Positive Constructive Daydreaming

One of my advisors in grad school bro maul singer studied positive constructive daydreaming and it was a very important contribution to the psychology literature. I wouldn't begrudge anybody that uh doing that and it could be helpful right but is it anti-present I don't know I don't think so you say. People say people say oh that that's a taking away all that organic authentic aspects away from a conversation with and then again it makes for good conversations it makes it better and it reduces some of the anxiety there no.
