i've found that from all the hot weather expeditions, that my sweet spot when i'm training is about 20 to 30 kilometers in trail running. I don't need to overhydrate. So it just ye sort of have to adapt the situation. And my body was like, aray, well, sort of been here before. I kind of know what to do.
