I've noticed that i've seen about well over 80 % of t interviews i've been participating inor i'm not going back to the office. There are some good questions here. How do you allocate the right level of accountability between the deal team, the g m, and make sure everyone is pulling their weight? Ye, you have to really create the process te front where you say, here the deliverables we're going to do as we do deal execution,. Whose responsible? Diligence readouts, commit briefings and such.
