Observe the State of the Mind
Just notice your body sensations right this moment. You can also note if there's any sense of smell or taste. Just practise noticing where your state of the heart is without judging yourself. Remember that you're going to notice things throughout your day. And when you make a practice of noticing without judgment, there's so much relief, and you can be so much more curious.
