The world is failing at talent spotting, and this needs to be a much more major topic of conversation. And i think, kind of, to me, proof of this is space x. The new book on space x indicates that elan personally interviewed the first few thousand people hired at space x to make sure they would get the right people. It's just that he is better rouder and allicator of capital to the right talent. I mean, many elon companies are this. He just manages to put the right people doing the right thing.
