How should a line manager prepare for the one to one? So you should kind of be up to date on what your direct report is doing, right? Like if you, I mean, you should be attending these meetings or looking at stuff. You know, my direct report asks her something, hey, I need a mentor for again. That's a great one. Can't find a mentor. Say, okay, I'll try to find your mentor  or I have a question about immigration and I'm going to go find the answer"
