The Importance of Job Statements
There's no hiding behind it's not yeah company has to sell our product to a customer no it's a job that that an individual not a customer not a user a job that individual has to complete right. The main job kind of frames your field of vision but within that there's the other aspects the emotional social factors for instance and then I think that the other important aspect is that this idea of outcomes right so what are the outcomes that a conference attendee has from attending a conference? And if you take any job like attending a conference what you find is you can actually gather about 50 or more of those statements which also have rigor and a form to them too.
