We set out the goal to decrease our turn by 20%. Fair goal. It's specific, it's measurable. It's actionable. It's timely. The problem is that it's a lagging indicator. And so i'm leaving this to you because i can tell you, when we accomplish our goals, it's because we are focused on leading indicators, rather lating indicators.
