Pre-Sales Activities That Are Valuable
In order to have a good conversation, I need about two hours to prepare pre-blocked on my calendar. If I want to tell a great story, then I block around four hours. And if I want to deliver an exceptional story that is told by others, then I block six hours,. Sometimes you don't use all that time. It gets filled with other things. However, the more you prepare and the more you document your preparation process for others to leverage along the way, that is valuable versus valued of, hey, I saw an identified a gap. And I want to work on it.
