Train at Intensity

If you're worried about slowing down on your easy days, know that one, it has a purpose. And two, it's going to increase your overall level of efficiency. Your intensity zone will not change. You will just become more efficient at it, and therefore you will get faster in it. This is something where i describe it as a rising tide lifts all boats. Over all, you become more efficient.
