How Did You Find Your Passion for Food in College?
I think my skill set was relegated to like heating up SpaghettiOs at two in the morning. So I guess it was like partway through college that my interest really pivoted. And so yeah, embarrassingly we titled it the private dining experience called PDE for short. We would cook this very overwrought, fussy five-course meal which now like I look at the menus and I'm just like where was my head?
