Sport is quite good for training people naturally in this sort of thing. A lot of people go to Alexander technique to improve their sport game because they are so you know emulating a tennis person who's like very you know closed downYeah yeah and then i think i know that the thing i'm gesturing at for people in sport might be they might have more exposure to situations where you are just in a moment where you need to do and turn off your thinking mind. If they've done sport over several years of their life then a person who's using explicit thought all the time and never really doing that may lose that.
