Mosi Rob: I think they really stressed the importance of hiring and hiring intentionally. They were saying that people just sort of backfill every role position and call it a project manager. He was definitely just thinking of it as one grand position. So pretty eye opening for me. It'll have some pretty big implications on the hires that I make here in the next like week or two.
