A lot of what I'm doing, like I run my experiments on athletes that are in similar situations. By the time you get to be an advanced athlete, you have quite a bit of mileage on the joints. So it's made it so that we don't have to lift is heavy while not necessarily jeopardizing the amount of tension that we expose the muscles to.
