Do Short Sprints of Interval Training Really Increase Calories?
Exercising after an overnight fast, compared to a full breakfast, is going to result in some greater calory burning from fat or lipid. If you're not a morning person or you don't like to exercise on an empty stomach, the message is meaningless to you. But i would agree with the assertion that exercising in the fasted state will tend to result in a few greater grams of fat being burned during the exercise session. So we need to think about it as the whole cause.
