Server to Server Tracking - What's the Difference?
The conversions report will show you your purchase event as it's called now, and your source. You can have a look at your conversions, your event value. The server side tracking has come about because of the whole cookie list world that is heading into. So whereas everything used to happen on your your browser essentially is what cookie tracking is. When you do server side tracking, the data that was being handled by the cookies on your on your browser is now being pushed off to a third party server.
