Patients who got early catheterization had better primary outcomes of death MI or re-hospitalization for ACS in 30 days. Only one subgroup that didn't show a benefit from early revascularization compared to control. This was actually the 25% of the study population that had negative japonics and fell into our favorite gray zone of unstable angina.
