Pushing Your Volume During Your Training
If you're if you're hitting plateaus there's probably some level of interference going on so, you know, use that as a marker. If all of a sudden that 175 remains at 175 for like you know two three weeks That's probably an indication that your volume may be getting a little bit too high or you've kind of maxed out your adaptation. A lot of it you don't need to read a textbook or you don't needs to read a piece of research to understand oh yeah that makes the most sense right?
