i mei o say this nows has been heavily influenced by primary practice. I've just written down as if the walk throughs had become the rosetta stone of pedigodges acrossvases. It's a medium through which they can talk and understand each other. And hopefully people will see that there's a respect given to the challenge inne settings tit not. But some of the other things are still the same for every one, like coal corning is the same, whatever. Age, teaching and ad. That's that to me as really interesting. There's also an extra onea i think it's a useful one, on the hand over aspect of modelling.
