Demanding Change Is a Delicate Process
Many people are trying to do their best, but doing their best cannot interfere with other team members. So what you're saying is that a wind, wind solution isn't necessarily your favored solution, but it's good enough. It's good enough to match that goal. I think that there's a grief reaction, and the other person doesn't change enough. But we're going to help them speak. And demanding change, or asking for change, is a very delicate process. People do not naturally resist change. They resist the pain of change and the fear of the unknown.
