A general anesthetic is that we're putting your body and consciousness to sleep. It's used in for the past 20 to 30 years, I believe, has also been used for therapy effects. There's actually a spectrum. So there's zero and there's you getting knocked out and I can do surgery on you. At 0.8, you'll experience like ego death.
