False anxiety is based in the physical body and it occurs when something is tipped the body into a stress response. True anxiety on the other hand is purposeful anxiety. It's not something we get to decaf coffee our way out of. Our inner compass nudges us, asking us to slow down and pay attention to what's out of alignment.
