The hardest job that I have ever done has been Tier 1 tech support whether it's in person or on the phone for sure yeah. Soft skills are almost more important than technical skills right like you can't teach somebody to be nice but you can teach them how to troubleshoot something. You just get it with so much stuff oh yeah and it's all over the map.
