Starting in a segment is actually a pretty good way to do it. If I say I'm a CRM for quick service restaurants, you know what a CRM is. It's like a shorthand. Salesforce then came in and took over the whole market and now they own the whole thing. And so this one's the hardest style of positioning because you have to start by evangelizing the problem. Customer education needed that we need to evangelize the problem.
