How to Deal With Anxiety

Sometimes people will call it high functioning anxiety. I have no problem performing on stage, but thinking about how exactly I'm going to open the door to the grocery store sends me up a wall. Some of these triggers are only specific to your experience. It's not always easy to communicate. When you get trapped in that cycle of avoiding, you make the thing that you're avoiding more likely to happen.
